Courtesy Call by Her Honour Mrs. Deborah Thomas-Felix, President of the Industrial Court
Her Honour Mrs. Deborah Thomas-Felix, President of the Industrial Court, paid a courtesy call to the Division of Finance and the Economy while attending to business on the island.
During her visit, she discussed plans for the construction of the Industrial Court in Tobago with the Deputy Chief Secretary and Secretary of Finance and the Economy, Assemblyman Joel Jack. Additionally, Mrs. Thomas-Felix shared her vision for the inclusion of training facilities that will also be made available to the Assembly.
Secretary Jack expressed excitement about an annex Industrial Court on the island, and was also heartened by Mrs. Thomas-Felix’s eagerness to collaborate with the Assembly, towards training Tobagonians on industrial relations best practices.
